Additional services or large projects such as painting, landscaping, home repairs or cleaning are quoted based on the size, scope and difficulty of the project and may be referred to a subcontractor for an estimate. Any and all work performed by subcontractors is at homeowners expense.

The average cost of home staging is 1%-5% of  the homes value but could yield an average increase of 10%-15% of the homes final sale price. This investment is always substantially less than your first price reduction.  It also decreases the length of time on the market resulting in increased financial savings from listing fees, utilities and mortgage payments that may be applicable.

Text Box: Initial Consultation Fee: $150 (2-3hours) Includes a 10pt. Custom Home Staging Action Plan. $50 of consultation fee is applied as a credit towards your home staging package. Plan includes homeowners action plan with full report detailing all of the actions to be done by designers as well as the actions to be completed by the homeowner such as heavy cleaning, packing and projects such as repairs, painting, etc. Hourly Fee: $75 - $100 Hourly design/staging rate $50 - $75 Hourly prep/shopping rate Text Box: Staging Packages: ( Based on 2500sq ft homes and under)( Larger homes quoted at consultation) Basic Package: $300 -$500 Partial Day (4-6 hours) For homes that are close to ready for showing but need fine tuning. Using and rearranging existing furniture and accessories to best enhance the home. Organization and basic streamlining and de-cluttering. Classic Package: $600- $800 Full Day (7-9 hours) For homes and which require more intensive staging. We spend the day making changes to your home that will transform and enhance it making it show-ready. We incorporate items you have as well as some additions and changes that will complete the look and be an investment for your future home. Includes 1-2 hours of shopping. (Purchased merchandise and accessories are homeowners expense and become property of the homeowner) Premium Package : $900- $1200 Weekend ( 2-3 days/14-18hrs) For homes that need a lot of attention and the homeowner has no time to be prepare their home for showing. We make dramatic changes to your home to bring out your homes best features and make it completely show and photograph ready. Every aspect of your home gets the attention it deserves and it will be designed
